Congenital Heart Surgeons' Society  
The Congenital Heart Surgeons' Society (CHSS) is a group of 70 pediatric heart surgeons from around the world who meet once a year to discuss ways of improving surgical procedures.  To participate in their studies to help improve surgical techniques, ask your surgeon if he or she is a member of the CHSS  or see their website to view a list of members.

Dr. Paul Grossfeld, pediatric cardiologist, is researching genetic causes of Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS.)  A presentation of his study is available by videotape.  If you would like a copy of the videotape, please send a check for $15 and a note requesting the video to:
