Picnic 2003

Thanks to a generous donation by the Samueli Foundation, and donations by many other companies and individuals, this year's picnic was unsurpassed! The children enjoyed great carnival games with tons of prizes, free popcorn and ice cream, and arts and crafts. Why a separate picture of HLHS survivors? Because HLHS is one of the most serious heart defects and some parents are STILL told there is no hope for these children. This picture proves otherwise!
